This policy explains how AppWave Studio (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit our website at appwavestudio.com. Our apps have their own privacy policies, linked below.
Browsing this website
We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. The site loads its fonts and images from our own server. The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme choice, kept locally in your browser and never sent to us. Like any web server, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, date and requested page) for security and reliability.
Website contact form
If you contact us through the website form, we receive your name, email address, the type of project, your message, and your IP address, which we use to prevent spam and abuse. The message is delivered to our email inbox and used only to reply to you. We keep a short-lived, anonymised (hashed) record of your IP address to limit repeated submissions, and we do not add you to any mailing list. The form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots; if it is enabled, Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser for that purpose.
If you email us directly, we receive the address and content you send.
How we use information

Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We do not share your messages with anyone except the service providers needed to run the website and deliver email (our hosting and email provider, and Cloudflare Turnstile if enabled).
Retention and deletion
Messages you send are kept only as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of our correspondence. You can ask us to delete them, or to see what we hold about you, by emailing us.

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
